We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that 9-2-3 are FINALISTS in the 2020 West Oxfordshire Business Awards, Innovation Category! It’s the first time we’ve been formally recognised for our innovative way of working, so this is a special moment for the team. We buck the trend for recruitment agencies on so many levels: from only ever dealing with roles that offer genuine flexibility, to never EVER doing the hard sell to our clients. That’s just not how we work. We’re honest, genuine, transparent - and we’re challenging the 9-5 every day. We’re confident in the way we work, and proud to represent our candidates. Our clients also love us, so we’re feeling pretty chuffed right now!
The winners are announced on Friday 27 March, and we’re up against some big competition. So, whichever way it goes on the night, making it down to the final three is a huge achievement for us.
