Over the years Helen Wright, 9-2-3 Founder and Director has been a guest on BBC Radio 4's Today programme and World at One, plus BBC Radio 5Live's Wake Up to Money, Breakfast programme and 5Live Drive. She has spoken to an audience at the Houses of Parliament promoting the benefits of flexible working.
Helen has extensive experience speaking to audiences on the subject of flexible and agile working - and has been described as "engaging", "energetic", "inspirational". Events
We love hosting events to support both our clients and candidates. On 13th September 2023 we are putting on “Flex: A Whole New World” with speakers on the 4-day week, remote working, co-working spaces, hybrid and part time teams - aimed at encouraging organisations to share their experiences (both good and bad) and hopefully go away with new ideas to implement or trial - enabling their businesses to grow and thrive!

Pregnant then Screwed Live 2019 - with Mother Pukka, flash mobs, and pink cat suits. Pregnant then Screwed are an organisation who support women in the workplace, run a free flexible working helpline, and campaign to end pregnancy and maternity discrimination.
Understanding Society’s Gender Equality event aimed at bringing together policy makers, employers, HR professionals, trade associations, trade unions, educationalists, local authorities, campaigners, care organisations and think tanks, all working towards gender equality.

In 2017 we launched the UK’s first ever National Flexible Working Day in Westminster. Each year, on one day in September, we build on this success and aim to raise awareness of the benefits of working flexibly. We demonstrate how flex can be implemented, and explore all angles of the conversation, including the impact on working families, mental health and wellbeing, carers, graduates entering the workplace, menopause…Flexible working can have SUCH a transformative, meaningful role in our modern world. Our previous #NFWD campaigns have included a large-scale event at Unipart, Oxford, with discussions, panellists etc.
