9-2-3 talk Covid-19 on Radio 4's Today programme

It was an absolute dream to be featured on BBC Radio 4’s FLAGSHIP ‘Today’ news programme, this morning. 9-2-3 Founder and Director, Helen Wright was thrilled to speak to the BBC’s Mishal Husain about the benefits of remote working.

As the UK grapples with the coronavirus outbreak, staff are being urged to stay at home to prevent further spread of the virus. Helen argued that this presents a unique opportunity for businesses to embrace remote working and the many benefits it can offer, such as:

  • Increased staff retention

  • Increased productivity

  • Increased staff morale

  • Reduced sickness absence

  • Reduced office costs

Remote working can drive positive, sustainable change in our workplaces. Switching the emphasis from presenteeism to productivity can transform our workplaces, and 9-2-3 are encouraging employers to trial changes to the way they work - and watch their business thrive.

Listen now to the BBC’s Radio 4 Today programme from 2 hours 58 onwards.
