Instead of having a more traditional Christmas party in 2023, we decided to wait until the new year for a slightly different team day… involving sightseeing, amazing chips, waffles and a lot of laughter!

Heading off on the early Eurostar, we spent the day wandering round the beautiful city of Brussels, taking in all the sights and really enjoying spending time as a team.

We moved to being a fully remote team as a result of the pandemic and haven't looked back:

👉 We can hire the best people regardless of where they live (our team live in different parts of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey)

👉 We save money on office costs (and if the team do want to get together we meet at a co-working space)

👉 Productivity is higher

👉 A recent study reported in Forbes found that “workers who worked from home 100% of the time were 20% happier on average than those who didn’t have the ability to work from home.”
