9-2-3 Founder and Director, Helen Wright ended the week on a high, after spending two full days at the Oxford NHS Foundation Trust’s very first Gender Equality conference. Helen was speaking to a packed room with the aim of championing the huge benefits of flexible working. We were absolutely thrilled to be involved. The trust employ around 6,000 people, and Helen spoke about the wide-ranging benefits that flexible working patterns can bring to EVERY workforce - whether you’re office based, or in a care-giving setting. it was an absolute honour to be part of such a forward-thinking event.
