Part-Time Finance, Admin & HR Manager to join an innovative, VC-backed start-up in Oxford, developing technology to generate electricity from tidal streams. In this pivotal role, you will manage key financial processes, including bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT returns using Xero, as well as oversee HR, IT support, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finance or admin roles, excellent multitasking skills, familiarity with payroll, HR, and basic IT systems, and a proactive approach. This is a flexible, 15-hour-per-week opportunity to shape a growing company in the renewable energy space. Salary £40k- £45k FTE DOE. HR Advisor to join a specialist award-winning school based in Wendover. This role will join the HR team and will oversee the full employee lifecycle and have involvement of all areas of the HR function. The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD level 5 or above and have experience working in a fast-paced HR team within an Education environment. Full time 37 hours. Salary between £39k - £43k DOE.
