Helen Wright, Founder & Director
Following on from a History degree and then some time spent living in China, Helen trained as a Broadcast Journalist and spent ten years reporting on our news for the BBC and ITV. She was then made redundant (while pregnant) and was able to embrace motherhood (as well as five house moves and a stint as a Parish Councillor). However when it came time to get back to the workplace she was personally frustrated at the lack of flexible roles in our workplaces. After looking around her local playground one afternoon, she realised she wasn’t alone, and saw that there were lots of talented individuals all seeking to work in a way that wasn’t bound by the office-based 9-5. So in 2015 she founded 9-2-3 Jobs and years later is delighted by the growing impetus of the workplace revolution.
When she's not chatting up potential candidates at the school gates, Helen can be found playing hockey, tending her rhubarb or riding roller coasters with her husband and their three children.
